With a total area of 28,240 square meters (12,176 destined for the logistics area and 16,064 for the food industry), this new complex will supply 499 units distributed in Antioquia, Centro, Costa, Oeste and Eje Cafetero. The Éxito food industry will also be located in this new headquarters, from there bakery products, fresh meats, confectionery, meat sausages, tamales, suckling pigs, among others, will be produced.
Likewise, this Distribution Center and the Food Industry generate more than 1,300 jobs (direct and indirect) and will serve more than 700 suppliers (413 fruit and vegetable suppliers and 307 Food Industry suppliers).
“With a network of 13 Distribution Centers throughout the country, we reaffirm our commitment to supplying the country, at Grupo Éxito we have more than 255,000 square meters dedicated to supplying our warehouses, suppliers, B2B (business to business) and the delivery of orders placed through our electronic and direct commerce channels”, it was noted.
