Conseguir un armario en el que haya lo que buscas cada mañana no es sencillo, porque normalmente tendemos a dejarnos llevar por las tendencias de cada temporada, y si eres de naturaleza caprichosa, aún peor. Por eso en ocasiones es bueno pararse a pensar qué prendas queremos, necesitamos y cuáles van a resolvernos mejor el dilema diario de vestirse bien. Porque una cosa es ponerse prendas de ropa y otra elegir las que van mejor con tu estilo, con tu forma de cuero, con tu color de piel y pelo y en general con esas prendas y accesorios que van a hacerte sentir bien y segura. Asi que primer punto es seguir tu personalidad y tu estilo, y adaptar las compras siempre a lo que te guste y no dejarte llevar por otras que sabes que nunca llevarás, o lo harás sin estar convencida. Segunda parte es que la edad tiene una gran ventaja, y es que ya has aprendido qué cosas te quedan bien y cuáles es mejor evitar, o al menos no tan bien como el resto de prendas que sí te favorecen al máximo. Y con todo esto, y lo que ya tienes en tu armario, un proyecto de cada temporada debería ser construirte un armario cápsula que tenga menos prendas de las que piensas, pero a las que puedes sacar mucho partido. Sabemos que es complicado, por eso vamos a ayudarte.
Y es que si de por si hacerlo es laborioso, añadamos complicaciones si eres bajita y todas las prendas te quedan muy largas o si tienes una talla a partir de la 44/46 y no das con prendas en las tiendas en esa talla y en las que la hay, no encuentras prendas de tu estilo. Es el momento de pararse a pensar qué prendas son las ideales para vestir cuando quieres sacar partido a tu talla grande. Y es que no se trata de esconder o disimular, se trata de potenciar lo bueno, como en todas las tallas, desde las pequeñas a las grandes. Nosotras nos quedamos con estas 13 prendas:
